Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway, but the noise from the outside door entrance was disruptive at night. The rooms, though initially clean, had some unexpected items left behind and a lingering mildew smell. The friendly staff tried their best, especially considering the challenging situation of Hurricane Florence. Dining was average but lacked variety and closed early, making it inconvenient. Overall, it was an okay experience with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were decent in size with a king-size bed, sofa, microwave, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, desk, and free Wi-Fi, although there was a slight moldy smell that bothered me, and I had to request bed sheets. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and extremely nice, but I witnessed an unpleasant incident with an employee getting fired in front of other guests. The hotel's location was convenient for my travels, being close to major highways and offering easy access to Savannah and Tybee. However, the neighboring noise was a downside. The dining experience was adequate, offering a standard breakfast selection, but could use improvement. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.
Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, but the noise from the nearby sports bar could be bothersome. The front desk service was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, but the presence of the former Econolodge sign was a bit off-putting. Breakfast options were limited, ending quite early, but the price was reasonable.
